This letter has taken me much too long to write and should have been sent about four years ago.

I cannot over emphasize just how much I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, technical knowledge and patience of your employees Bill Wampler and Peter Nguyen. The decision to contact your company four years ago was one of the best I have made. I would not think about going anywhere else for both your expertise and technical support. You are definitely a “service driven organization” – not Sale driven.
