I just wanted to write a quick note and thank you for the professionals in your company. Our assigned service technician for most of the issues that penetrate our computer system. I say penetrate because I feel our computers have their own personalities, and sometimes they are hard to figure out. He does an excellent job, is always upbeat, and takes care of whatever ails us.
